Feeding the Homeless and Disadvantaged in Darwin

Order of Malta members and volunteers in the Northern Territory conduct a regular food distribution to the homeless to three areas in Darwin: Darwin City, Nightcliff and Palmerston.

The outreach service volunteers seek out the homeless where they are living in city parks, under awnings and in bush areas. They deliver a nutritious meal and a sanitary pack containing soap, socks, toothbrush and toothpaste is also included as part of the distribution.

On average 90 meals are distributed at each service.

We are seeking donations to assist with the grocery costs for this service. Please give what you can.
